இந்தியாவின் முன்னணி OTT தளமான ZEE5, கிஷ்கிந்தாபுரி திரைப்படத்தை அக்டோபர் 24 முதல் தமிழ், கன்னடம் மற்றும் மலையாளத்தில் வெளியிட உள்ளது. கௌசிக் பெகல்லபாட்டி இயக்கத்தில், சைன்ஸ்கிரீன்ஸ் சார்பில் சாகு கருப்பதி தயாரித்த இந்த படத்தில் பெல்லம் கொண்டா சாய் ஸ்ரீநிவாஸ், அனுபமா பரமேஸ்வரன், மகரந்த் தேஷ்பாண்டே மற்றும் தனிக்கெல்லா பரணி முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.

தெலுங்கு மொழியில் அக்டோபர் 17 அன்று ZEE5-இல் வெளியானது, மற்றும் பெரும் வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றதையடுத்து, இப்போது திரைப்படம் தமிழ், கன்னடம் மற்றும் மலையாள மொழிகளில் வெளியாகிறது.

இயக்குநர் கௌசிக் பெகல்லபாட்டி கூறுகையில்:

“கிஷ்கிந்தாபுரியின் மூலம், சாதாரண ஜம்ப் ஸ்கேர் பயங்களைத் தாண்டி, நம்முடைய நாட்டில் வேரூன்றிய உணர்வுகளோடு ஒரு உண்மையான திகில் அனுபவத்தை உருவாக்கவேண்டுமென்ற எண்ணமே இருந்தது. அந்த பழைய வானொலி நிலையம் ஒரு கதாபாத்திரமாகவே நடிக்கிறதுபோல உணர்ந்தேன். உள்ளூர் புராணக் கதைகளை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு, ஒரு உளவியல் மையமான திகில் கதையாக அமைத்திருக்கிறோம். அந்த உலகத்தில் நுழைந்து, ஒவ்வொரு காட்சியிலும் நாம் உருவாக்கிய பதட்டத்தை அனுபவிக்க, பார்வையாளர்களை நான் ஆவலுடன் எதிர்நோக்குகிறேன்.”

பெல்லம் கொண்டா சாய் ஸ்ரீநிவாஸ் கூறுகிறார்:

“இது எனது மிக சவாலான வேடங்களில் ஒன்றாக இருந்தது. திகில் படம் என்பதனால், நேரில் இல்லாத விஷயங்களுக்கு நாம் எதிர்வினை காட்ட வேண்டிய நிலை உருவாகும். அந்த பயம் மற்றும் குழப்ப நிலையை தொடர்ந்து உணர வேண்டிய சூழல், என்னை என் கம்ஃபர்ட் ஸோனிலிருந்து வெளியே இழுத்தது. படப்பிடிப்பின்போதும், அந்த வானொலி நிலையத்தின் சூரியஒளி இல்லாத அமைதியான சூழல் என்னை பாதித்தது. இந்த படம் பார்வையாளர்களை தொடர்ந்தும் குழப்பத்தில் வைக்கும் வகையில் உருவாகியுள்ளது என்பதில் எனக்கு நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது.”

அனுபமா பரமேஸ்வரன் கூறுகையில்:

“கிஷ்கிந்தாபுரியில் என்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்தது, அனைத்தும் உண்மையாகவே உணரப்பட்டது என்பதுதான். என் கதாபாத்திரம் ஒரு வழக்கமான 'திகில் கதையின் நாயகி' அல்ல; அவள் பயப்படுகிறாள், உடைந்து போகிறாள், சந்தேகிக்கிறாள், ஆனால் அதே நேரத்தில் எதிர்பாராத தருணங்களில் தன்னலம் தாங்குகிறாள். அந்த மனிதரீதியான பிழைத்தலை தான் மக்கள் தொடர்புபடுத்திக்கொள்வார்கள் என நம்புகிறேன். அந்த பயங்கரமான இடங்களில் நடிப்பது ஒரு தனி அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. அந்த சூழ்நிலைதான் நம்மை கதாபாத்திரத்துக்குள் இன்னும் ஆழமாக இழுத்தது.”

பயங்கரமான காட்சிகள், மனதை உலுக்கும் நடிப்புகள், மற்றும் முழுக்க முழுக்க பரபரப்பில் ஆழ்த்தும் திரைக்கதை ஆகியவற்றோடு, கிஷ்கிந்தாபுரி ஹாரர் ரசிகர்களுக்கு தவறவிடக்கூடாத ஒரு படமாக இருக்கப் போகிறது.

Mystery and horror-filled "Kishkindapuri" streaming in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam on ZEE5 from October 24
India's leading OTT platform ZEE5 is all set to release the film Kishkindapuri in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam from October 24. Directed by Kaushik Begallapati and produced by Saagu Karupathi under Cinescreens, the film stars Bellam Konda Sai Srinivas, Anupama Parameswaran, Makaranth Deshpande and Tanikella Bharani in lead roles.
Released in Telugu on ZEE5 on October 17 and to a great response, the film is now releasing in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
The story follows a group of people who go to an old radio station for a paranormal tour. They unknowingly awaken a dormant spirit. What starts out as an exciting journey soon turns into a terrifying experience. The crew is trapped there and unable to escape.
Director Kaushik Begallapati says:“With Kishkindapuri, the idea was to go beyond the usual jump scares and create a real horror experience with emotions rooted in our country. I felt like the old radio station was playing a character. We have set it up as a psychological horror story based on local mythology. I look forward to the audience entering that world and experiencing the tension we have created in every scene.”
Says Bellam Konda Sai Srinivas:“This was one of my most challenging roles. Being a horror film, we have to react to things that are not there in person. The constant feeling of fear and confusion pulled me out of my comfort zone. Even during the shoot, the quiet, sunless atmosphere of the radio station affected me. I am confident that the film will continue to leave the audience in a state of confusion.”
Anupama Parameswaran says:“What impressed me most about Kishkindapuri is that everything felt so real. My character is not a typical ‘horror heroine’; she is scared, broken, suspicious, but at the same time she holds her own in unexpected moments. I hope people will relate to that human survival. Acting in those scary places was a unique experience. That atmosphere pulled us deeper into the character.”
With terrifying scenes, heart-wrenching performances, and a completely thrilling screenplay, Kishkindapuri is going to be a must-see for horror fans.
